About OBR

Otis is a published writer, cartoonist, & editor based in Minneapolis, where she works full time as CRM Communications Specialist at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.

As a professional writer, she works within both the creative & technical spheres. Otis has experience as a production editor, publishing assistant, copywriter, academic tutor, & teaching artist.

In 2023, Otis was an honorable mention for the McKnight Fellowship in Creative Prose. In 2024, she completed a Master of Science (MS) at New York University SPS.
